Short-form social studio · Charlotte & everywhere
Strategy, scripts, editing and posting — handled end to end, so your brand shows up polished every week while you go run the business.
One account · Thirty days
One client — a licensed psychologist in private practice — over their first 30 days. The numbers climbed in the weeks the strategy was followed and flattened in the weeks it wasn't. That's the honest version, and it's the whole argument for having one.
Most business owners know they need short-form video. Almost nobody has time to become an editor, a strategist and a scheduler on top of their actual job. That's the whole gap we fill.
Platform-specific content strategy, outlier research, a real posting calendar, and scripts written with hooks built for retention — not captions written the night before.
Pacing, sound design, subtitles, b-roll and covers. Every video cut to feel like it belongs to your brand instead of a template pack.
Scheduled and published on time, every week, with engagement handled and a plain-English report on what actually moved — and what we're changing next month.
Three retainers, built to scale with you. Start small while you decide whether this is for you — then grow into more platforms and more volume when the content is working.
Founding rate. Holds for your first 3 months, then moves to $1,200.
The sweet spot — enough volume for the algorithm to learn you.
For brands treating content as a real channel, not an experiment.
Not everyone needs the whole thing. Sometimes you already have the strategy and just need the edits — or you film beautifully and need someone to tell you what to film.
Book these on their own, no retainer required. Worth noting: Essentials is $600 for 10 videos plus strategy, posting and reporting — so if you need more than one of these, the retainer is almost always the better deal.
You send the footage, we cut it. Hooks, pacing, subtitles, sound, covers.
Carousels, quote cards, story templates and covers, built in your brand.
Content pillars, a 30-day calendar and 30 written hooks. Yours to run.
We direct, you produce. Shot lists, scripts and feedback on what you film.
On-site filming with a pre-planned shot list. A month of raw footage in a day.
Launches, openings and conferences captured live, cut same-week for social.
Full account review, what's working, what isn't, and a prioritized fix list — yours to keep whether or not we end up working together.
Four steps from first call to content in the feed. No mystery, no month-long onboarding.
Twenty minutes. You tell us about the brand, we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit and which package matches what you need.
Within 48 hours of signing you get content pillars, a posting calendar and your first batch of scripts to approve.
You film from our shot list, or we book a Production Day and film it with you. Then we edit, and nothing goes out without your approval.
We schedule, publish and engage. You get a report showing what worked, what didn't and what changes next month.
Social media is the new TV. The question is whether your brand is worth watching.
Andrea Fonseca · Founder
The studio
I spent three years in the beauty industry before moving into marketing full time, which means I've been on the other side of this. I know what it's like to run the business and the content at the same time, and to have the content be the thing that quietly slips.
2911 Social Studio exists so that stops being your problem. I treat a feed like an editorial spread, not a content mill — fewer, better videos, made deliberately, posted consistently, measured honestly.
The questions that come up on almost every call. If yours isn't here, put it in the form and I'll answer it before we ever get on a call.
That's exactly why Essentials exists. It's month to month — no six-month contract, no cancellation fee. Try one month, look at the report, decide. Most people know inside 30 days whether this is working for them.
Straight answer: I'm building my client roster and I'd rather earn a long-term client than protect a rate. The first three studios get $600 locked for three months. After that it moves to $1,200 and the scope doubles — two platforms, twenty videos instead of ten. The increase is written into your agreement up front so nothing is a surprise.
Month one is setup and rhythm: pillars, voice, posting consistency. Real movement in reach and saves usually shows between 60 and 90 days.
Anyone promising you a viral video in two weeks is selling you something. Short-form compounds — the accounts that win are the ones that don't stop in month two.
It depends on what you're selling.
If you are the product — a coach, consultant, realtor, attorney, therapist, any personal brand — then yes, and I'll push you to be. People hire people in those industries, and no amount of beautiful b-roll replaces your face and your voice. My job is to make it painless: shot lists, written scripts and direction, so you're never holding a phone wondering what to say.
If the product is the product — e-commerce, skincare, a restaurant, a local service business — then no. We build from product footage, process shots, b-roll, text-on-screen and UGC-style content. You may never appear on camera once.
Then we handle the filming. Four ways to do it, and we pick based on where you are and what your package includes:
You're in Charlotte — I come to you. A Production Day gets a month of content in a single afternoon, and it can be built into your retainer.
You're anywhere else — I'll fly out. You cover travel and the shoot day, and we film everything on location, in another state or another country.
Remote direction — we shoot over a video call. I direct in real time, someone on your side holds the camera, and you get usable footage without anyone getting on a plane. Available as an add-on.
You shoot it yourself — I send a shot list and a filming guide built around your brand, so filming becomes a checklist instead of a creative decision. Signature and Premium include this every month.
"I didn't know what to film" should never be the reason your content stops.
Nothing is ever posted without your approval. Every video includes two rounds of revisions, and if a direction isn't landing we change it in the strategy, not just in the edit.
Sí. Estrategia, guiones, edición y publicación en español, inglés, o los dos a la vez. Bilingual content is one of the things this studio does best, and it's rarely handled well by anyone else.
Honesty about your business, footage or access to film it, and approvals within a couple of days so we don't lose posting rhythm.
And one thing I'll say plainly: the strategy only works if we follow it. I've watched an account triple its views in the week it stuck to the plan and go flat the month it didn't. If you'd rather post whatever feels right on the day, I'm the wrong studio for you — and I'd rather say that now than take your money and watch it not work.
Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn. Your package sets how many run at once — and we pick them together based on where your buyers actually are, not where everyone else is posting.
